The top, with its clearly defined edges, rises above an additional shelf, creating a two-tiered composition. Teak veneer in a warm brown tone covers all elements — the surface, edges and legs alike — establishing a cohesive appearance. The proportions keep the form compact yet never heavy.

Danish furniture production reached its zenith during the 1960s, when workshops refined veneering techniques to marry artisanal precision with broader manufacture.
