2. How long does it take to finalize the purchase?
Shipment of a purchase from the storage: up to 7 working days after registering the payment, the RABEN company guarantees the delivery in 5 working days.

6. What should I do if my consignment was damaged?
In case of any damages please fill the claim receipt in the presence of courier. It is necessary to investigate the claim with delivery company. Next please contact us so we can help in further claim process.

7. How to properly fill the claim receipt?
The most important is to fill the claim receipt in the presence of the courier. It is important to write that the consignment was collected with reservations. The place of collection must be compatible with delivery address and the date and time of the claim must be compatible with date and time of the delivery.

8. What if the courier doesn’t allow me to check the consignment before collecting it?

No, the delivery prices does not include bringing in the furniture. Transport companies do not provide such services even for additional pay.
