Description
The vase was made in the 1960s by the German manufacturer Strehla.
It has a compact, sculptural form with a distinctly textured, relief-like surface. The light, slightly frothy glaze contrasts with the intense orange accents set within the recesses, creating an effect of depth and rhythm. The combination of textures and glazes, characteristic of Strehla ceramics, emphasises the piece’s raw, decorative character. A striking, collector’s item from the mid-century period.
Condition: The item is in its original condition and may have minor scratches and normal signs of wear.
