Description
The ashtray was made in the 1960s in Italy.
An impressive, hand-formed ashtray made of thick glass in shades of golden green, decorated with the characteristic bullicante technique – regularly spaced air bubbles embedded in the glass mass. The wavy, irregular edge gives it a sculptural character, and the transparent, shimmering glass looks beautiful in both daylight and artificial light. A unique example of Venetian craftsmanship, typical of Murano workshops from the mid-20th century.
Condition: The item is preserved in its original condition, may have minor scratches and normal signs of use.
