A bowl from the Akva series designed by Per Lütken for the Danish glassworks Holmegaard. It was made in the 1960s.
An elegant form, handmade from blue-tinted glass, designed by Per Lütken – Holmegaard's chief designer from the 1940s to the 1990s. The model comes from the highly regarded Akva series, characterized by organic, soft lines and subtle colors. A unique collector's item, an example of Danish mid-century modern design.
Condition: The bowl is in its original condition and may show normal signs of use (minor scratches).
